We are currently in the process of buying our first home & our lender was spooked by a crack in the decorative plaster moulded arch & so requested a full structural engineers report in order for us to proceed with our sale. ML Consulting got straight onto it and although we had to wait 2 weeks for our full report to come though, our engineer (Adam I believe) was able to run through his findings over the phone the very next day to put our minds at ease. We are now back on track with our sale and would recommend ML Consulting to anyone looking for professional and helpful service.
