I found Mr Ashpole to be a polite and pleasant person who made the options available to me clear and easy to understand. As far as back surgery goes, it was a positive experience: in at 8.30am, back surgery, passed the requirements for release and was out at 7pm on the same day. Having followed Mr Ashpoles post operation guide for recovery I have made a full recovery.
