Originally gave 4 stars, but on reflection definitely deserves a 5. Nandos are taking Covid very seriously, with measures that help you feel safe without ruining your experience. You can tell the staff are working hard to in these tough times. New table service and online ordering system works great, and food arrived very quickly. Well done Nandos, many restaurants could learn a lesson or two.

Vibrant Restaurant with Friendly Staff and Tasty Roast Chicken Location: opposite Decathlon, parking spaces by the restaurant are always available closer to late evening hours Food: Roast Chicken with different levels of spice to choose from!!!!!! Plus a good range of sides with veggie (peas, corn, coleslaw, roasted veg); chips; rices. Vegetarian dishes are also available! Cost: A sharing boneless platter is just under 21 (good for 2); bottomless drink is around 3; typical wrap/burger/pitta meals with chicken are around 10 You got 20% discount if you present your NHS Staff ID. You can also collect chillies for each order to redeem freebies overtime! Customer Service: Staff are friendly & efficient! Overall: a superb place to dine if you are in Gilbrook Retail Park; and don’t fancy paying a lot for a carb loaded meal in pizza express or frankie and benny’s...

Excellent restaurant. Very good service during these tough times. Felt very safe during these difficult times and the food was excellent. Not sure why you are forced to create a Nandos account to use the (mandatory) mobile phone based ordering system. Just another excuse for companies to collect data on us. The actual process of phone ordering works well though. Also I know its a chicken based restaurant but a few more veggie options would be good. Given how tasty the usually one veggie option is, offering two or more vegetarian options would be good!

AVOID if you're serious about covid . Just visited at 11.30 ish 28/12. Over crowded inside . Far far too many people in the shop . Felt really uncomfortable. Suprised the local council hasn't shut them to be honest
