We would like to thank Dan and the delivery from Stefan for our wonderful piano. We viewed online and spoke to Dan over the phone (given covid restrictions we did not travel to view) - the piano was accurately described on the website and looks / plays great. Delivery was arranged for the following week, and communication of dispatch and estimated arrival from Dan was very good. Stefan unloaded and place the piano where we wanted it, no problem. Absolutely perfect!! Collection and redelivery (which was much earlier than we expected) was on time & very professional, Dan kept me informed with regular updates (with photos, nice touch!) And the finish is incredible, it looks like a brand new piano!! We recently decided to buy our first piano and came across Nottingham Pianos after a Google search. After looking through the available instruments we chose a grand piano and ordered it after many helpful discussions with Dan-- he was extremely informative, open and honest about what we were were buying, suitability, delivery, etc. On the day of delivery both Dan and Stefan (the wonderful delivery man) contacted me and kept me updated. The piano was delivered in a professional way and the quality far surpassed what I expected. I am overjoyed with the piano- it both looks and sounds amazing.
