I used Paul for a 19-apartment block, a 8-apartment block and for smaller jobs when required (walls, ground works, roofing, etc. ) The service has always been good along with reliable, good quality work that represents good value for money. Paul's technical knowledge spans the full construction sector and his adaptability and flexibility are appreciated. For large projects, Paul was happy to accept Works packages and the interface with other contractors was always good. On smaller projects, he offers a turn-key solution with no fuss
Paul came round to give me a quote for removal of a parapet wall, repairing the roof and repointing the chimney. Realistic quote, kept me fully informed of what was being done, photos of work completed as he went along, even left me the lead so I could get a few quid back from the scrap dealer. Good job, very happy with the quality of the work done, would definitely use again.
Paul was excellent in diagnosing problems - that were not easy to find - and then fixing them. He completed roofing work (double garage pitched roof and house extension roof) rendering, rebuilding a wall, re-leading, and various other minor jobs. The quality was as it should be and I was informed, involved and advised throughout. He talked everything through as we went along and showed me clearly what had been discovered and what alternative solutions were. He was flexible in timing, Respectful of distance and Covid19 and completed jobs to schedule. I shall be using Paul again.
