After driving around Nottingham which seem like forever trying to find the car park on a rainy Friday afternoon and actually driving past the car park.... we arrived some what flusted. Premier Inn Goldsmith Street had no place to park so they directed us (not very well i might add) to Q-Park. Thank god the car park attendent Liam was on duty ! We had bags and a pushchair to cart all the way back to the hotel. He helped us through the car park (social distancing of course) to the 'other' entrance of the car park where i Premier Inn should of directed us to. It would of been so much easier to drive and walk back from there. Liam handed us his green review card (again being covid19 safe) and showed us where to go. Great car park - clean, bright and actually smelt nice (not that fusty car park smell)

The majority of spaces are simply too narrow for modern cars. Every third space (middle of three between pillars) is fine, but usually taken, making it a real hassle to park an average car without scraping a pillar or being close to. Parked here loads of times over the years but I won't be coming back in future. Seemed every pillar took precious space from the adjacent spaces.
Put my ticket into the machine and it come up 8.50 for 2 hours, took my ticket out thinking it wasnt right so put it back in and it came up with 15.50 ! Luckily there was a gentleman working in the car park knocking around to tell me that there was problem with the machines... he manually put the correct amount in and we paid the right amount for 2 hours 4.50. If the member of staff aint of been there people would of been being ripped off....
I'm new to the big city, had Fiona as a parking host who was very kind, helpful and understanding. Definitely a credit to the company!
Great secure parking. Off main road, we made use of the free pushchair hire and umbrella
