I cannot recommend this company enough. From the first moment I spoke to the driver he gave me an ETA and updated me with times on his way. When he arrived he was very efficient and went the extra mile as our car was a right pain to get on the truck! Excellent service and customer service too. Would recommend to everyone! Jimmy came out and saved me being stranded. Due to my steering not working it was extremely difficult to get the car on the truck but Jimmy preserved and did a wonderful job. Very fast getting to me. Very friendly and professional and affordable. Would recommend 110%

My girlfriends car broke down at home and needed towing to Doncaster to be repaired by the dealership. Rapid offered us a very very competitive rate, kept in touch with us ahead of the collection and once the car was dropped off, helped identify the problem and gave some sound advice.
