I don't know about the Relate service here, but I went for Talking Therapy on the NHS and the chap I saw for a couple of months really helped me. I can't recommend them enough. Yes, reception are happy to leave you waiting in the tiny vestibule between front doors while they finish their sandwich, but it was free so what do you do? Overall the therapy was amazing.

Absolutely rude customer service, i called just to enquire about one thing and yet this woman spoke to me as if i was a dog! Rude and arrogant! I am not surprised they need customer service advisor as that woman should lose her job!! She's lucky she did not tell my name elsewhy i would have posted it here for all to know who this unreasonable person was.
