Really clean and professional. Lovely ladies who really make you feel at ease and are very accommodating. Will give honest feedback and tips for good hair care. All staff are genuine and beautiful people inside and out. Wouldn't go anywhere else and I always recommend to family and friends. X

I've been in contact with Vicki since before lockdown and have only just been able to have my hair cut by her. Vicki has always been so professional, helpful and communicative by staying in touch and listening to my needs. When I finally went for my cut I felt so safe and relaxed despite the new restrictions. Vicki put me at ease and listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would look good. I can honestly say that my hair was exactly as I wanted it when I left and I didn't feel the need to go home and redo it so I looked like me again.....we've all had that happen! I've always been someone that stays with a hairdresser for a long time - once I've found a good one, I won't go anywhere else. I was really nervous about trying somewhere new but I'm delighted I've found Vicki at Retreat and I'll be staying with her for as long as I can now.
