I have been coming to the Riverside for about a year, as part of my self care routine, that has made a huge impact in my life and well being. I would recommend this company to anyone who chooses to invest in themselves and their self care, as the staff are amazing, James is my regular go to when I’m in need of acupuncture, as he is extremely knowledgeable with great people skills, and a true passion and talent in this field. I would highly recommend the Riverside.

Please do not use this service if you are suffering. Those who work there do not return calls unless you complain, and then fail to honour appointments that are subsequently arranged. The quality of service is poor and quite clear that they are unable to have empathy by towards their customers which is frightening given they claim to provide support for anxiety and other mental health issues. I would question their professional credentials. Shockingly bad.

Been suffering with neck shoulder lowerback and a constant headache for around 3 years. I'm into my fourth session of accupunture and massage and already feeling better. Headache as completely gone pain is easing each week. Many many thanks to all the staff a big thanks to James for is understanding a d patience.
