Awful care home no compassion or love most staff do minimum hours so they can claim maximum child benefits. Can’t look after themselves never mind children or elderly residents. Sandiacre court does zero activity’s with residents on many occasions when visiting my grandmother found her dehydrated and in soiled clothes. My family had to move my grandmother to another care home because we was worried about a member of staff abusing her. we was appalled by the lack of care and welfare shown. My grandmother whom lived in Coventry during the blitz her husband took prisoner of war by Erwin Rommel in North Africa in the Second World War suffering of dementia, DESERVES BETTER THAN THE RUDE ARROGANT STAFF, especially on the amount we was paying. Best thing we did move my grandmother, The staff at the new home are so caring and understanding, They do so much activities with the residents they take them out on day trips they get entertainment in for them it’s like a family.

Good care was impressed with them overall but was bitterly disappointed when someone from the home gave Mums forwarding address out, they denied this but the person involved confirmed this true. They didnt take my complaint of a data breach seriously despite speaking to the MD of Hudson Health who did apologise profusely- yet this still didn't come back to me with a plan of how they would stop this happening again. I was left very disappointed - we moved Mum as she was unhappy there though no fault of the home the care was brilliant.
