Site is starting to look a bit run down. My personal experience was good but I saw a few covid guidance rules being broken and I heard quite a bit of bad customer service. However like I say, my personal service was great :-)

For some strange reason they are not selling parts to normal customers during covid. My cars mirror is broken and its a dealer only part. I am sure that is classed as an essential item. Terrible service from the parts manager. In these times they cant be bothered to help. To me ro go to leicester to get me mirror instead! How do i go to leicester from nottingham in lockdown??? Disappointing from a so called luxury car dealership.

Called Stratstone as my Evoque was due an emissions recall. I also pointed out the DAB radio channels on the car had disappeared and after agreeing to pay for the initial diagnostic test, I received a call back to say the car had undergone a system upgrade and the problem had been rectified at no extra cost and that the car was ready to collect. A pleasant result all round!

Went into Stratstone Nottingham with the exact model / spec i wanted. Within 5 minutes i had a warm welcome from Thomas Haynes. A cold drink and a good discussion on what i wanted / figures later and we had found a winner. Thomas provided top customer service and went above / beyond to get me exactly what i wanted. If you're looking for a no hassle, friendly & professional experience i would highly recommend asking for Thomas Haynes within the Nottingham Stratstone dealership. 10/10 experience, i'll be back for my next one for sure.
