All communication was clear, followed up as promised and nothing was too much trouble. Every time my car comes in, I always try and deal with Becky, because I have had nothing but excellent customer service from her. She always looks after me every time. Matthew is the same. Always happy to help. It’s the main reason I keep buying Mini’s, because I know I wouldn’t get that level of service anywhere else.

I bought a second hand car from Sytner Nottingham in March 2021, dealing with Majid Wahid in the sales team, and it was a completely straightforward, professional, and stress-free experience from start to finish. It was such a relief to deal with someone who wasn't constantly trying to use all the little tricks, cons, and minor white lies that so many dealers seem unable to resist. Instead the conversations with Majid were all honest and forthright, the car was well prepared, and it's been a pleasure to own since.
