I have recently joined Abbeyfield in an administrative role and I really love the atmosphere in the home. Residents pop into the office through the day and chat with me and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. It's been a real pleasure.

My uncle that recently passed away was lucky enough to have lived at 3 Abbeyfield homes. In Nottingham he lived at both Sycamore House and also the Firs Nursing home when he was very poorly. At Sycamore he enbjoyed a lively environment and at the Firs he received kind and compassionate end of life care - I really could not have asked for more to honour him. Thank you to all the staff and management
What I love about working for Abbeyfield is the value it places on quality of care above profit, due to its charitable foundations. As an ex social worker I am rpoud to work for an organisation that recognises where it can improve and involves everyone in the process. It's a joy and a priveledge to work here.
