Within an hour of telephoning Richard as my sewing machine had broken down he came and collected it from my home. He returned the machine the very next morning and it is now running like a dream. So much smoother and quieter than before. Absolutely brilliant service and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I would highly recommend RJW. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I had Richard to come and look at my Brother sewing Machine which has an oil leak. He could not do enough for me and was pleasant all the time he was here. I can not recommend him enough.

I inherited and old 1931 Singer 95k10 from my mum which runs perfectly but I had a couple of questions on the greasing and oiling of the machine. Richard is the only person who has been able to help me. I am really pleased with the advice Richard gave me as he really saved the day.
Excellent service. Took my very old machine for Richard to look at with not much of an expectation of it being fixed (it had just fused all the electrics in the house & smelt very strange!). Repaired & returned to my house within the day. Working like a dream!
