From start to finish the whole experience has been brilliant with now cosmetics. Karl has been excellent with me. Been there with me right through the process. Explained everything to me which has really helped. I'm 3 weeks post operation and am very pleased with my results so far. If it's something you're considering I'd say just go for it. You won't be disappointed.

I had the operation in London 3 weeks ago, everything went normally, I called Karl, I sent an advance for the appointment and now I have a hair :). Karl helped me with tips on how to take care of my head. I had no pain the next day, they give you some pills for the next few days. At the London Clinic the staff, the technicians are very nice, they gave me juice, they wanted to order me free food in the short break but I told them that I came prepared with the sandwich and water. The operation lasted about 6 hours. Any questions you have Karl will help, I only kept in touch with him by phone, very nice and understanding. Honestly I did a market study before and they have the best price in England at the moment.

Brilliant from start to finish. I contacted Now Cosmetic Surgery after a friend recommendation. Sent photos and had a chat on the phone with Karl who was very knowledgeable. Had my hair transplant around 3 weeks ago at the London clinic snd the staff there were all very courteous and professional. The aftercare since the op is what has most impressed me. Karl has guided me every step of the way and given advice on every aspect of recovery. Even calling me while he was on holiday to talk me through through my first shower after the op. Amazing from start to finish! Now Cosmetic Surgery was incredible from start to finish! The whole process started with a free consultation the whole team was very helpful. Understandably I had a lot of questions and they answered everything in great detail. The actual treatment was done at the clinic in London. The clinic is very nice and relaxing almost like a Spa. I also really liked the after care system. You get text messages every couple of days From Mr Karl about what to do after treatment! Thank you team NCS!!!
