Great garage with excellent knowledgeable sales and service staff. Over the years, I have brought 5 cars for myself and my family, two new 6s two used Mx6s and a used BMW. There has always been a good selection of cars to view and test drive. The cars have always been competitively priced and importantly the used cars have been in excellent condition with full history. I have dealt with other dealerships but I can honestly say that the knowledge, professionalism and customer care at Godfreys has always stood out above the others. I have found that as a customer I am valued and respected and that I can rely on the honest advice been provided by any one of the sales and servicing staff. If I’ve had a query the response has always been prompt and personal. Servicing and MOTs have always been arranged to suit my availability and have been undertaken within the time stated. I have always been made aware of any parts that might need replacing, been advised of the price and given the option of going ahead or not, again the price always turning out to be less that that quoted by other garages and main dealerships. I would have no hesitation in recommending Godfreys as an excellent, honest, reliable place to buy a used car and have it serviced.

I approached Godfreys by phone as they are not in my area (near Salisbury), but through the Autotrader app was able to see that they had the Mazda6 with the spec I wanted. Richard, the sales principal, invited me over, I looked at and test drove this lovely car, and he looked after the sales process with old-school courtesy and diligence. This included ironing out the finance wrinkles and arranging for the optional space saver tyre to be delivered. I have to say that after visiting several garages, with an exact spec and absolutely up for being closed on a sale, it was very difficult to find anyone who'd follow up, follow through and just bother with my requirements as their client! So thank you Richard, and the gentleman who accompanied me on the test drive and finally to Duncan Godfrey who took the trouble to deliver the car. Perfect all round, I'd say
Bought my MX5 from them last January absolutely fabulous service so good that I vowed to get all the cars services with them despite living nearly 40 miles away. A refreshing experience compared to most anonymous London dealerships.
