I only use this gym when I can’t use the one near my office. No wifi, no sky sports, no phone reception and aged facilities.

Incredibly welcoming and helpful start to a new gym. Professional, knowledgable staff and a great informative introduction by the manager Sally. Excellent facilities and all in one place makes for an easy way to get fit. Clean and good changing areas. Numerous classes with excellent trainers, a superb pool, sauna and steam room and free tea and coffee as a bonus! Free parking an added bonus.

Well overpriced in comparison to other gyms charging similar rates. Needs a refurb and new equipment badly. Nice and friendly staff.

Nuffield is shocking. I hope they go bust soon. If high quality is what you want, stay away from these penny pinchers. If you want to pay lots but not get quality, be my guest and sign up with them.

Terrible, horrible, old and outdated gym. Service is poor rate, lazy and miserable. Nuffield should be embarrassed or don’t care as was better as virgin. They charge for paper cups for hot drinks and provide only one old towel for showers. Staff are poorly trained, unprofessional, diabolical and turn around is high but one lady has been there for more than 11yrs!!! How depressing!!! No investment in the gym at all, it has the same limited, broken equipment for over 10 years. The changing rooms, showers and pool area are dirty and disgusting and you are likely to contract some disease from there. No wonder no one comes to this gym or joins the gym as they asking for membership prices of a first rate gym but provide a third rate service. Stay well away and join Virgin, David Lloyd or even Pure Gym. Plenty of better choices than this garbage!

I'm a member but this is the worst experience after one year!very poor communication from the staff!

I called in the morning to book a session for me and my son(4 years) and they said we can come at 5.30 pm for an hour session. We were special coming for 40 minutes driving but when we arrived they said there is adult club only. This was very disappointed as my son was waiting the whole day for his swimming session. I would never go again to any Nuffield club.
