We received the Nu Lipo machine just about a month ago and I have to say we are extremely happy with its performance - we've already had great feedback from our clients. Depending on the client's skin and body type, we've sometimes seen up to 2 inches off their waistlines, and 1 inch off their thighs in one treatment. Its Bipolar Radio Frequency feature is the perfect extra punch - when the client goes home, they're effectively still experiencing skin tightening effects because of the way this technology stimulates collagen production. We've had some clients report they've lost an additional half an inch in the next few days.

Going back to 2019, I had the misfortune of buying a cheap 3 in 1 Ng Yag Laser from China that was underspec and incurred several mechanical faults after a few months of use. Fast forward to the present date, I have bought an equivalent specification machine from British Lasers. It's been more than easy to operate with promising initial results.
the online training that came with the purchase of our laser hair removal machine was well broken down. we have seen fantastic results from the initial tests at our clinic and look forward to advertising our laser hair removal services when the dust begins to settle

I want to say how happy I was with my training for the new Nu TriLaze. Given the current climate, the virtual training was very efficient and the instructions clear and easy to follow. You were extremely patient and I can’t wait to open my salon again.
The website has been quite glitchy on a couple of occasions when I’ve gone to purchase some microdermabrasion granules. The same glitch has appeared twice on their website where I am unable to specify a quantity (i.e. I’m only able to buy a maximum of 1 tub). The customer support is great (in particular James), and while I’ve been able to complete these orders on the phone, I’d much prefer if I wasn’t the one pointing out these problems!
Great service, training and equipment. Probably the best supplier I’ve ever bought from and I have purchased equipment from at least 6 big name suppliers. Dr Majid is Honest, fair, reliable.. for me the after service is what makes a company good, bad or ugly. I’ve had all those from other companies, but from British Institute of Laser I’ve only had great! Massive thanks to Dr Majod for his expertise and knowledge.
great repair work on our ultrasonic cavitation machine. an engineer was dispatched shortly after we got in touch. the defective part of the machine was identified and installed on the second visit. thank you!
