After having paid 300 for a service and asking to have the cigarette lighter looked at in the front as it didn't work a few months ago and received the car back and it still didn't work. Then to have it go in for its first MOT and asking yet again to have this looked at and fixed and again getting it back now working. I can't give any higher rating. The 3 stars are for the lovely guys that picked my car up and bought it back having had it washed.

Steve was a top top lad sold me the car without being pushy even though I sensed he wanted the sale badly lol lol .superb customer service all round by drive vauxhall and after sale phone call to make sure I was happy ..beautiful new corsa I have now .more than even I imagined it could be ..thanks very much dave percival

Good service in getting a car a year ago, but popping in to ask a quick question about amp ratings for a fuse 11 months down the line and you get 'we can't help, would need to go to the workshop for diagnostics' - poor service given it is a 2 minute check in another vehicle, especially after spending 10k on a car with them. I then receive a call 20 minutes later about a car service being due - definitely taking my custom elsewhere

So a purchased my Vauxhall mokka in may 2020 after having it home (Coventry) for half an hour my engine management light came on I get the vehicle booked in ASAP to be told a cap hadden been screwed on properly that’s why the light came on, I then a couple of weeks later noticed a juddering feeling whilst driving so I got it booked in again to be told it was a clutch issue (I hadn’t had the car a full month at this point) I was then told I was unable to have a courtesy car so after explaining my frustration to my sales guy as I had every right to complain I was given a courtesy car, they had my car for approx 3 weeks and I was told it was double checked over and everything was all fine. I go on holiday on the 31st august so wanted to get my car health checked to make sure it was safe to drive and it is a good job I did I had it checked by Peugeot dealer today to be told my front brakes are 90% worn and my rear are 60% worn I know my car was brought as a used car but surely in the 3 months I’ve had the car (3 weeks of that being back in the garage) my brakes should NOT be 90% worn I am not happy and wish I never even exchanged my old car now I’ve had nothing but trouble The only person willing to help and has been very kind and professional throughout all of my experience with this dealership is Paul Hanly
