We had a loft conversion and downstairs extension completed by K Smith Construction last year. They did everything from start to finish, getting plans drawn up, all building work, plastering, bathrooms and kitchens fitted and tiled. Everything was completed to a very high standard and in a professional manner. All of the lads that worked on our home were polite and friendly. We would definetly recommend if you are considering any building work or home improvements. Thank you very much.

I had some building work completed by K smith construction a couple of years ago to redo a roof on a garage and render the walls. They were neat and tidy with there work and very professional. So much so we had them back to do our windows. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

kerry came highly recommended to us by a number of people and We can honestly say him and his team did not disappoint. They worked extremely hard with so much to do in such a small space. We now have a lovely spacious open plan kitchen and have even managed to fit a downstairs toilet in. The quote was good with no hidden costs other than the extras we added to it.
