Their knowledge, commitment to customer satisfaction and the passion for our pets is second to none. Don’t bother with the “big pet store round the corner”. Bought a juvenile pastel enchi royal Python at the start of lock down so had lots of time to bond. He’s in a bioactive 3 ft enclosure and is 75.8 cm and a whopping 500 grams. Very helpful staff. Very well cared after and gave me great advice.
We bought a leopard gecko and vivarium from these guys in September. No pressure sales approach, well informed staff who tell you exactly what you do need, what's optional and what's not necessary. First class service.
They are one of the best place but informations about looking after reptiles I've been going there for about a year when my ball python and they help me with a new vivarium and setup it all for me
