We had a great experience with Phoenix Windows. They did a professional job at a very competitive price which included a 10 year guarantee. The windows have meant the room is noticeably quieter compared to before and there is no draft coming through the windows now. They even returned, unexpectedly, and did some extra work free of charge. Highly recommended and we will be using them again. Thanks PW!

I cannot praise these guys and gals enough! The quality of the materials used is just fab! And as standard too! customer service was second to none and the fitting was superb!! No damage left at all, cant even tell they had removed some previously. Very reasonably priced, thank you Andy for all your help These guys were very busy and its testimony to their reputation, well worth the little wait and they accommodated me in spite of being rushed off their feet. Its so refreshing for people to take their time and treat your house as their own, very respectful and intent on just doing the most perfect job. After a disastrous experience with Onyx Windows for our front & Back Doors we were absolutely taken aback by the amazing customer service and brilliant job done by Ian & Ben. Not only were they friendly, worked as silently as possible with care as we were working from home, but they fit our windows quickly & efficiently. They even corrected the Doors done by Onyx Windows whilst they were here. If I had to really search for a bad point, I had a dusty printer afterwards which was obviously the only thing overlooked.
