Quality communication and advise regarding my initial design ideas, goods delivered on time on a specific day my builders were available, goods arrived in perfect condition and even the installers commented on the quality of the products. Service support is woeful The mark of a good company is how they act when they get something wrong. I would have liked to be leaving a 5star review as the designer rads I purchased look lovely. When they were fitted by an experienced and reccomended plumber of over 20 years however, a problem became apparent. I had mounted the rads in advance for easy connection and to all intents and purpose it looks perfectly symetrical. Unfortunately thats not the case but there are no externally visible indicators for this. After leaving, I noted that only 2 of 9 bars on rad would heat so contacted NWT. They quickly diagnosed it as being upside down and acknowledged that it should have had a sticker marking the top, but its not uncommon for them to fall off in transit. I therefore had to call out the plumber to return and swap around at my additional cost. I then contacted NWT back afterwards to confirm that was the problem. They were more delighted than me as I was out of pocket due to their error. They absolutely dismiss any responsibility and basically stated they werent willing to discuss it as it wasnt their problem. Anyone can take money in and ship goods out. However there are good ways to do it and bad, and in this case it was bad. To then also not care or take any responsibility when its so obviously at least 50% their error is awful service.

Very poor product and Rude customer service! - I was told i would have to wait ten weeks for replacement stock to arrive from Turkey to replace a faulty valve, forcing me to purchase from another company to keep radiators working! I was not given many alternatives at all, was simply informed that i would have to send faulty valves back for inspection and wait for replacements from Turkey I have left this review for consumers to make an informed decision prior to purchase. WASTE OF TIME!!! I have attached photos of one of the faulty valves supplied - in first photo you can see how water can flow in but if you look at 2nd photo you can see that water is unable to flow through because the valve has not been milled out properly (solid/blocked)!! Poor quality control

What a simply superb company - excellent products at great prices (I purchased a copper towel radiator at a very significant discount to the 'designer' offerings and it arrived quickly, well packaged and looks..well simply beautiful - and extremely well made !). Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant - if only all internet and supply companies were like this !

Great service from start to finish. Needed a slim panel heater, plenty of choice at NWT, ordered a Nova S 2kw on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Great communications from NWT at the start of order and then with delivery by DPD. Will use again, very pleased, thank you.

Needed a little electric heater for my tool shed, wasn't too sure which one would be suitable, Mike was very helpful in guiding me through the different types of heaters. Ended up purchasing a Nova live heater. Really happy with the service and the heater is keeping me nice and warm while i'm out in my work shop
