I've never seen such Friendly staff and doctors elsewhere. We feel comfortable to share and discuss when the listening person is non-judgmental and that's what makes iCaSH special and unique. They're extremely good at what they're doing, patient enough to hear us out and provides clear advises, there's always less waiting time, accurate and fast tests & reports, socially distancing measures are in place.

I've used the services here a few times now and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. The staff here are non-judgemental and friendly, from the receptionists to the sexual health doctors. I feel incredibly lucky to live in a country where these types of services are offered for free; which I feel many people take for granted. Thank you :)

Low level of customer service-much worse than when this service was run by the nhs family planning clinic on grove road. You cannot book an appointment only request a callback and if (like me) you work shifts and nights it’s impossible to pick up the call. I spoke to the receptionist today and because I have been on night duty and missed the 3 calls I have to wait another 5 weeks. I have been trying for 2 years to see this clinic. I am a busy working mother and I need a service that works for me as I have no flexibility. I’m sure many others are in my boat.

I was unfortunate to have a bad experience with one of the doctors here at icash. I had a phone call consultation to renew my contraception which was overdue because of Corona Virus but was made to feel incredibly guilty as I didn’t get it done when it ran out. During lockdown my sisters appointment was cancelled, this gave us the assumption that the clinic was closed, not only did this mean we didn’t call up for an appointment but our household was high risk, so I wouldn’t have wanted to go anyway. As a woman I shouldn’t be made to feel bad or guilty about my decisions that I make about my body and contraceptives especially by a professional doctor. Considering the circumstances I’d expect to be spoken to with understanding and support (as it is a sexual health clinic...), but instead got condescending judgement. The only good thing about this was when I called up to cancel the lady at reception was lovely, understand and very apologetic.

Went in today to have my contraceptive implant removed, the staff were very friendly and chatty. Put my mind at ease during the procedure and even got seen earlier than my appointment time!

Called at 9am to book an appointment to have my contraceptive implant removed. Got given a cancellation that day for a consultation. The nurse was absolutely amazing, and because I was early she removed my old implant and put a new one in after the consultation due to having enough time, saving me from booking another appointment. She was friendly, professional and made me feel welcome. Great experience overall!

Staff were fantastic. So supportive and informative. Went for IUD information and fitting and they couldn't have been better.

Went for a normal check up to make sure everything is alright, amazing doctors and nurses. They couldn't have delivered a better service. Walk in appointment, got there about 8:50 left at 10:05. I think that's pretty quick for such a busy place!
