I called in here a couple of weeks ago to get some "Cosyfeet" adjustable shoes, due to swellling of my legs. The owners bent over backwards to help, even though it was a Saturday and I got there just after they closed at one pm. The man gave me a tax relief form to fill out because I have a medical condition, showed me the catalogue and what they had in stock. I tried a pair on, which fitted but weren't in stock, so the couple who own it said they would order them in for me, that there was no great rush to collect them (as I was away the following week, and told me to only to have them if they totally fit. A definite five-out-of-five from me!
