Big and beautiful but not perfect. Food good in main dining rooms but not well presented. Everything served with mashed potato. Staff accommodating for dietary requirements. Language barrier on the odd occasion caused problems. Recommend an early breakfast in windjammer to avoid lengthy queues to get in the main eatery. Lunch time main dining in windjammer was excellent. No queuing and good variety. Shame the main eatery does n9t open earlier to accommodate early shore excursions. Order room service (free if continental) if you need t9 eat really early. Clean common facilities, amazing fitness centre facilities. Excellent night entertainment. Too much indoor entertainment during the day and not enough out door seating on an evening. Pricey drinks especially with 18% 5ax added everything. No drying cord in the bathrooms and inner rooms poorly laid out. Limited storage space and access to wardrobe.

Amazing cruise. Nice staff @ American icon grill! So sad to be leaving. For newcomers, try the "Unsweetened Iced Tea."

Pros: Nice boat with lots of activities. Good for families with young kids. Rooms were ok, bed was comfy. Variety of intertainment. Cons: This cruise sells you on places like Amalfi Coast, Florence, Rome and several other main attraction cities. However, you go to places like La Spezia and Naples. In order to get to the main attraction cities that the cruise tells you it takes you to you have to spend thousands of dollars on their extra expense tours to get to the places you want to see. Once you pay the extra exorbitant price on tours, you then end up spending the majority of the day on a bus getting there because every touristy city is hours away from your port. Which gives you maybe an hour or two at places like Rome or Florence. The only port that had touristy sites was Palma. And they charge you 20 euro pp to take a bus out of the port. As for the ship, waiters and service members are 50/50 nice or rude. Very limited inclusive dining options. They charge extra for the better restaurants. No free bottled water at all, you have to buy water! So of course adult beverages are extra, Budlight, Coors are 12, mixed drinks are 14 and up. The ship is enormous but so many people are on it that you always feel crowded and cramped. At times I ended up taking food back to my cabin (which they didn't like) just so I had a place to eat.

Very good !!! I was once, but you can also avval sentence, "I do not want to go." At the end of the road has been said, "when are we going again?"
