I returned a jacket that was too small and requested an exchange. The young girl brought the owner, from the adjacent sweet shop, who was the rudest, most unhelpful person that I have encountered. Her body language and comments were appalling, I hope that she looks at her CCTV camera and checks just how embarrassing and disgraceful her behaviour was. I had intended to buy several,other items but after this, I left without further purchase
