I ordered a D3030 Home Finish Sauna during the Covid19 pandemic. Understandably the lead time for production and delivery was extended but I was aware of this before placing the order. Placing the order and payment was smooth. Emails answered promptly. Delivery date was advised in advance by email and text. The sauna arrived on a custom made pallet and was well wrapped to protect it from the weather. Delivery driver was helpful and got the pallet truck as close to my house as physically possible. All parts of the Sauna were grouped together and well labelled. Installation of the sauna was straight forward but it is time consuming. This is not flat packed furniture from IKEA etc, instructions were logical and easy to follow. I'd recommend looking at Oceanic Saunas YouTube installation video for further reference and tips. The finished article is a professional sauna in my home. It heats up quickly and is as good as any gym/Spa sauna I have ever used. Really pleased with the overall experience and the final result.

I bought all new sauna equipment including heater, controls and accessories. I understood it was all devlivered. After having it fitted there were items missing. I rang but got no answer so I emailed. I got a reply to say the items were not in and would be three weeks. Why did they not tell me it was not going to be in the shipment. I waited 5 weeks, still nothing, emailed and they said it would be another week. I waited a week and emailed again, guy said he does not do despatch but should be a week. I have asked for my money back. They have a great selection , it is just a gamble if you will get what you pay for. The thing is they are still offering the bucket and ladle and simple do not have them.

I purchased a sauna heater two weeks ago. I have had a little trouble setting it up , the company kindly sent me a video on how to do it. They also replaced a sensor for free which was broken. No questions asked. I would recommend this company for any Sauna heaters needed.

I ORDERED 2 785 X 2000 MM CLEAR GLASS CHROME DOORS ON 12/3/20 I PAID FOR DELIVERY A TOTAL OF 978 WHEN DELIVERED THERE WAS ONLY 1 THE TRANSPORT COMPANY GAVE ME A RECIEPT WHICH STATED ONLY ONE ITEM I RANG THE TRANSPORT OFFICE THEY CONFIRMED OCEANA HAD ONLY SENT ONE ITEM I RANG OCEANA NO AWNSER ON ANY OPTIONS I MANAGE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON TECHNICAL I ALSO E-MAILED BUT IT CAME BACK UNDELIVERD MY FRIEND ALSO TRIED ON MY BEHALF THAT ALSO CAME BACK UNDELIVERED IT NOW STATES ON WEBSITE THAT THEY ARE OPEN I DO FEEL THERE SHOULD BE A CONTACT NUMBER WHERE IT IS DIVERTED TO, ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW AND I TRY SEVERAL TIMES A DAY THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN TAKING MY MONEY I NEEDED 2 DOORS THAT MATCHED I ALSO PAID FOR A FIRM TO COME AND FIT THEM THEY TURNED UP THE DAY AFTER DELIVERY AND I TOLD THEM THERE WAS A PROBLEM SO COULD I RE BOOK THEM BUT IT COST ME 40 FOR THEM TURNING UP I HOPE SOMEONE FROM OCEANA WILL CONTACT ME OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THIS FUTHER AT THE MOMENT I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO ORDER OR MAKE PAYMENTS
