My Fiancé and I are using Octoprint for printing our wedding stationary and we are over the moon with the service. The items we have had printed have been of excellent quality we are so pleased with them. The customer service has been first class, the team at Octoprint have listened to our needs and delivered above and beyond. A highly unusual printer by any standards. They have ancient print machines, new ones and a machine for everything. They do stickers, cards, labels, brochures and books. The boss is an old fashioned printer who knows stuff that isn't even learned anymore. His son is a whizz on the PC and is a Master designer. This is a major resource for the region.
Great customer service; very helpful and flexible - had to delay the printing by a couple of days to make some changes, once I was ready they made efforts to make sure the prints were ready promptly whilst I waited.. Ended up with 20 very high quality A3 sheets and an A3 display binder to present them in (available whilst stocks last I'm told!)
Thank you Octoprint - I was in need off a birthday banner, very helpful and produced a great design. I picked it up from outside the building two days later! Brilliant service
I was looking at buying a ‘print your own board game’ online, which meant I would purchase a digital download & then I’d need to find someone to print it for me. I contacted Octoprint with the hope they’d be able to do smaller one off jobs. Not only were they happy to say yes, they even offered their own graphic designer to put something together for me, so instead of having to purchase a template elsewhere first. This sounded great, as I was a little worried about the quality of the template elsewhere, plus I wanted to change it as it didn’t really suit my requirements. I’ve spoken to both the printer & designer over the phone, as well as email. They were both extremely helpful & I now have my own bespoke game, designed to my requirements which is completely personalised. The quality of the design, artwork & print is fantastic. All this was achieved during CV-19 lockdown, collection adhered to social distancing rules. Game was an immediate success with the family, which was great as we’ve got extra time on our hands at the moment. Extremely happy customer.
