Booked my ticket online and had nothing better to do than get it printed out and wait. The stairs there are an absolute joke so took a few mins to catch my breath, already being super tired from the day I just had. Then this “lovely” lady comes and essentially treats me as a homeless person. Asking me to “move on” as if I’ve got nowhere else to go. She then proceeded to tell me there was a lovely BENCH I could sit on by the river and subsequently said the chantry “is nice and dry.” I had no plans to stay and was in the middle of where to go next to wait, not my fault I don’t live in the area. I assume this lady thought I didn’t actually have a ticket and was genuinely homeless but her demeanour was so condescending and somewhat unacceptable; even if she was speaking to an ACTUAL homeless person These three stars represent the film and the one guy that had constant enthusiasm. God bless his soul But all in all I’m low-key disgusted at how she spoke to me come to think of it and some staff need to be more considerate and less nose up, especially in these trying times. And Of course I didn’t sit on the bloody bench I went and had some coffee whilst doing work on my 1300 quid laptop. Solidifying the fact I do indeed have money, indeed not homeless, and indeed not spending money on food at this Odeon.

I live in Amesbury, its 15 mins to Salisbury Odeon or 15 mins to Andover Odeon. I always choose Andover Odeon. It's always clean, the screens are massive and seats are fine. Its air conditioned (unlike salisbury where I had to leave half way through becasue the place was ridiculously hot) but inhale no complaints. Screen 2 is my favourite. Just very expensive to be honest. For myself and my 2 boys to watch StarWars with some food etc was nearly 60 quid all in.....
I absolutely love coming to the cinema me and my partner go to the cinema all the time. We both love it. Its our favourite place in Andover. It's a nice place to relax whilst spending time together and it gives us something to discuss after as we can share opinions on what we thought about the movie we watched and our experience. Great service, great place. I very highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed .
Great location, clean and comfortable lovely small cinema. Great screens. Friendly and helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible enterance, disabled toilets available, lifts and disabled seating. Excellent service. A bit pricey snacks and drinks. Reasonable prices, good packages family and multiple entries etc. Recommend a visit.
Had a brief look around - it had been a few years since I last came here but it's still the same and could do with a little refurbishing to keep up with the times. Not many staff present at once, as has always usually been the case; you can easily walk into any screen whether you have a ticket or not. Convenient enough for what and where it is, but decided to take the girlfriend to the Vue in Basingstoke instead for a better experience.
I have enjoyed my a film here. Staff normally great and friendly. Take the lift unless you want to get fit. Very high set above asda
It's a really nice cinema to go to. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I do usually spend a bit too much though lol.
A good cinema, lots of parking, loads of leg room, and clean the only downside is the the screen on the ground floor (Screen 5 I think?) you need to use the elevators/stairs as the there are no toilets on the ground floor and the seating is not on enough of a gradient for young children to see the screen.
