Despite being an older and smaller Cinema, the screens are very good and the staff are very polite and helpful. If you live in Banbury, then definitely come here as opposed to going to a bigger cinema out of town. They are also one of the few cinemas that still operate the "pick your own seat on arrival" policy for most of their films, which is something that greatly benefits earlybirds like myself.

It was clean and spacious. Small children may have to sit at the front as they could have trouble seeing over the seats. Other than that, it was fine and the staff were courteous and friendly.
Film, 1917, very very good. BUT A small popcorn was 4.50, a small coke was 4. Auditorium was practically empty, just ten people. Spot the "value for money" connection
Very cold... but hot drink was offered for free
Cosy cinema with imersive surround sound. Worth a visit if in, and around Banbury
It's a nice clean little cinema. Easy to get to. Has good disabled access, and isn't too expensive as far as cinema goes
Old-style cinema, with only two screens. The seats aren't well tiered so you don't always have the best view. When I took my young children (age 4 & 6) they were given uncomfortable plastic booster seats, but they couldn't see very well even with these. I would travel for a better cinema experience.
Surrounded by the elderly come to the afternoon film we sat in our coats in the cold gently freezing. As we left the foyer felt warm so the staff weren't inconvenienced. Otherwise the seats are new and price in line with the competition. But maybe driving to Bicester is worth it to feel comfortable and warm!
