Lots of screens and film choices, large spaces with many seats to choose from, massage chairs in reception which are 1 for the electric and very good... you'll need it as this rating lost a star due to often long queue times and I wish they would be stricter somehow about the audience talking through the film... that's really frustrating! Otherwise, a good night out in SE16 if you don't want to go out out! Very close to Tescos also.

Friendly staff. Comfortable seats. Great screens & good prices !

The cinema itself is fine, nice sized screens and reasonably priced when it comes to cinema prices in London! Nice food options too. My main issue is that the service is always incredibly slow unless the place is very quiet, staff seem to very much take their time and go at a slow pace.

The staff are very cheerful and helpful. They sometimes show old movies mid week which is a nice change of pace.

Usually fairly empty cinema except for big releases. As with all Odeons, it's pretty expensive for an average cinema, but worth it if you have some phone deal for cheaper tickets.

The screen was a great size and plenty of seating. Comfortable seats with enough room around you not to feel pressed in. My one major complaint was that throughout the movie I could hear the atmospheric mysic playing from the foyer during most of the film - I was in screen 3 which was close to the entrance. I didn't try the food so cannot comment on this but it did look like there was a variety. Price was perfect as it was set to 5 per ticket. No student or NHS discount. Plenty of parking about with bowling and many restaurants such as pizza hutt in the area.

Really quite compared to how it used to be but that wasn't such a bad thing, the price has gone down which is great
