Today I went into the store to get my dissertation poster printed. I had rang up this morning asking how they print it, whether they need me to email it etc and one of the staff gave me an email address so I could email it which I did. I then went into the store and asked for the prices, in which I was told it was 16.99 for the best quality paper so I decided to go for this option. After it was printed which I was very happy with the quality, I then went to pay for it and that’s when the experience went downhill because I was told the total was 17.99. I explained I was told 16.99, she replied yes it is 16.99 but there is a 3.00 charge for media. I was NOT told about this on the phone or in store!! I then asked about student discount which it was already applied to the total. I explained to the girl serving me I was not happy about this situation as no one had told me about it and none of the staff was bothered to even acknowledge this. Obviously I paid the price because they had printed it plus I need it for university this week but I am unimpressed with this experience, considering I am a student, that little bit extra cost makes a lot of difference. I know it was only an extra 3.00 but it’s not the point when 1 tells you one price and another tells you another. I then emailed head office explaining and all they done was try to justify the 3 media for sending an email which is an absolute joke! And rip off! The women never even answered my question as to refunding the 3 so even head office is useless! I will not be using office outlet again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service

I have given 5star and good service review for this store before 5months. Now. I use this store more often. They charged me more than double on the weekend when I am in hurry. I came for refund now 1400 on 31/07/2018. NAS (assistant manager) is treating me like his slave. Poorest service of all ever I had in my life time. I rate zero stars now. And I will never come back again.
Folks are pretty helpful. Didn't have the printer I wanted, but only to happy to order it in for me. When I went back to collect, only to happy to load it in to my car for me.

Since it changed from Staples, it's become expensive. You might as well go to Tesco's or similar for your stationary. They have a printing service which is good.
Good selection of products, easy to get to, however you will get a better deal buying online.
Good place to shop. Well organised and helpful staff.the prices on the other hand ...
