My dad and I went to 3 different specialised computer stores to purchase my mum a birthday pressie, who were of absolute no help whatsoever. We couldn't think of anywhere else to go but thought to try Staples on the off-chance. They were absolutely fantastic! Lovely, friendly atmosphere with smiley faces upon arrival. We had a brief look around and then asked for assistance, within less than 2 minutes, the manager came and helped us personally. She was brilliant! Will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

Only stocks limited brands of goods, for example they only had Logitech computer mice available and all were wireless but I needed wired and a better make (more sturdy). Checked a few other products (accessories) only to find one or two brands were stocked. Lots of room to browse between aisles as everything is widely spread out, could easily and comfortably fit more in. Disappointing for such a large store, ended up not buying any of the 3 things I went in for.

Very efficient friendly service from all the Staff there, with a special thanks for Sam who has often done my high volume printing and copying, and laminated display items.
Wanted to buy a day to a page 2018 diary. Office Outlet do not provide their own brand of diaries, and had very little stock of other brands of diaries, and no day to a page diaries. Bit of a poor experience all told.
It has office supplies. Some of it (printer cartridges for example) are over-priced but the core stationary is good and it is certainly handy when you need something and don't want to wait days to get it.
Still great for office needs since it stopped being staples, but seemingly containing less and less stock. Either they're streamlining to make it more profitable, which is a good thing, or they're selling off stock to prepare for imminent closure
The classic Staples building. Needed something what could be considered offensive in nature printed and ring bound. Done within five minutes without protest and at a great price.
