Helpful staff and a good range of stationary products, computers, printers, security devices and office furniture. I mainly go to use printing services for documents, banners and posters when I need them done quickly at short notice.

Almost everything is overpriced, from stationary and paper, to printer ink and office furniture. On the off chance you do find something on offer, you would be hard pressed to find someone willing to assist as staff are usually thin on the ground. To end on a positive note, though, it is open until 20:00 weekdays in case you are desperate for something.
A good well stocked stationery store. Good friendly service. Easy car parking around the store and adjoining outlet stores.
I'd love to give this under 1 star but the website won't let me. Forced to by a card just to print one page then every time I try use the card it doest work and the staff say it's my media that's wrong, even though I have used different USB devices and even did fresh formatting before bringing them in. So I have been coned into buying a used piece of plastic that sits in my wallet. I ended up going to snappy snaps today instead and they printed a file (one of the ones that staples said it was the media that we at fault) straight away without the need to buy a stupid print card. Will try avoid all their stores from now on.
Very rude staff with bad attitudes. The item I bought was incredibly expensive and had dried up. It got taken back to a different branch and I got my money back. I won't be going back there anytime soon!
A visit to Staples Aylesbury sadly revealed very poor customer service. I needed to buy a large white board various other items. When I asked one of the staff if they had a trolley to help carry a large box I was greeted with a blank expression and just a plain "no". Not can I help, or can I get it taken to the till for you? Rather than buy the rest of my items for my business I decided to just pay and find an alternative shop. Dissappointing level of service
Good staff. Very helpful and this store is big enough to carry a lot of stock
Terrible customer service! Trying to return a faulty item and at first was made to feel stupid and then a villian - after 5 minutes of me getting them to admit there was a design flaw with one of their products (they wouldn’t accept my faulty product after 2 hours of owning it).
