This place has been brilliant for our 2 girls over the past 18 months. But I have to say that whilst the Covid 19 pandemic was/is rife we continued to make payments whilst it was shut. But now because the owner Sam has more clients, we have as I feel been kicked in the teeth. Reason being she doesn't care about the people who stood by her in these trying times. Unfortunately she is money driven and the only people who care about your children are the staff.We are owed for 4 swims that we paid for which she is refusing to refund. I am giving people an heads up that it's not just us but others also, that she is treating badly. Once again this isn't about the staff but the owner....

Fantastic pool, lovely environment and fantastic staff, they consider your childs individual needs and accommodate as best as they can, plus a lovely warm pool you wont get any better in the whole of halifax.
