Called in to Post Office early Monday to have Passport application checked and forwarded to Passport Office. Very short wait behind two customers being served by two staff. When called forward the staff member serving me consulted other staff member as she needed advice about Passport procedure. She was guided through process very efficiently and whole process only took just over five minutes. Very impressed with the service by both staff.
