Love the Lupe, it's really powerful, light and easy to use. Best we've had. You can use it as a normal upright or a handheld - genius. Great that's it's modular so can add/replace as needed. And it looks cool! Well done team Lupe, role on the next product.

At last, a cleaner with proper suction. I have hard floors & cats,so always fur, fluff, dust, grass & grit. I had been using an upright for the hard floors, then another handheld for the furniture & corners etc, which was a huge faff with all the recharging & emptying. The Lupe is quick & easy to dismantle from upright to handheld & has a decent long handle for the hand held bit. When you look at the prices of some of the other leading cleaners on the market, the Lupe is far superior for cleaning ability (back to the decent suction) which is what you want a cleaner to do! In summary, with lupe you are just a click away for all your vacuuming needs! Review regarding the company The company ambitiously launched their product on Kickstarter after extensive testing, design and re-design. Who would want to support a vacuum manufacturer unless they had something unique that actually improved the quality-of-life for the end customer? The campaign was fully funded and as the company sent updates of their rigous testing, I could understand that they really meant business with this project! I was very excited as I received my package, and the quick click assembly and overall quality of the parts made me understand the cleverness in the design. I put the battery to charge, and looked forward to start it up… BUT to my great disappointment IT WOULDN'T! As I reached out to Customer Service, I have never before experienced a similar level of assistance; replies were quick, understanding and helpful, and the commitment to solve the issue has reinforced my belief and support for the company as well as restored my faith in Customer Service as a concept! A well-deserved shoutout to Oliver in Customer Service for replies within minutes (as the email-conversation grew longer, with a total of 50 messages back-and-forth, I always had a reply waiting in my inbox within a day). The company as a whole also deserves massive creds for their accomodation in bearing extra costs in fixing the issue. This is an excellent example of how a relatively smaller company truly can follow up the individual customer.

Wow, what an amazing product. Looks aside (which are great), having such great suction/power and being cordless with a battery that lasts for about an hour on full charge, makes such a difference from your normal vacuum cleaner. This product sucks, but in a good way...
