We cant thank AP Glazing enough. They installed all of our windows and a conservatory for us. They completed the whole project within 10 weeks. Its looks beautiful. Naresh came and gave us a no nonsense, no sales patter price which we liked as we had wasted several hours with other salesman. We were very impressed with the way they worked from the price, brickwork, surveyor, electrician, installation and the admin team. We will definitely be recommending them in the future

On the 17 July 2018 I signed the contract for replacement glazing to the porch and bay window, plus new doors and windows to the utility. There was a delay in the work starting. Following completion on the 7th August, there were some snags, which I reported on the 10th, when the problems started. Weeks later a guy came, looked and agreed to remedy the work. Despite repeated correspondence, the work was not done. On 18th September, sent a formal letter, informing FENSA under their complaints procedure. Work completed on the 26th. Still waiting for guarantee, despite being told it was sent on the 2nd October. Told 4 to 5 weeks for FENSA Certificate. Now eek 3, two weeks to wait, seeing is believing. I have took my complaint to Trading Standards. Breach of Contract. Appaling service once the contract was signed. Product, get what you pay for. Wish I paid the extra, least I would have a building Certificate and Contract. We still have windows to replace, will not give AP Glazing (Oldbury) Limited my business

It was a long road. Sales guy is amazing. A true charmer of a gent. Promised delivery in 4 weeks. That quickly came and went. Then then the lack of communication started. No one ever kept me up to date with the progress. A lad from the factory was very helpful answering the phone but no one ever responded back. After 4 months losing patience I threatened to pull the job so later that week we had a couple of great lads come round to do the installation. A really great job. Excellent finish. Really pleased with quality. The only thing is the lock mechanism was not what we ordered. No problem. That will be sorted the week after I was told. 4 weeks later no contact. No one answers phones or texts. So now looking to pay someone else to finish off. Pity about the service experience as the final job is great. Still waiting for the contact to replace the door lock mechanism :(
