The care given is second to none. It has reduced services due to the pandemic, but if u are booked in for urgent care, they have lots of rules in place to make you and your pet safe during your visit. Its cleanliness is to high standard and there are lots of signs and markers in place so you know what can and cant do. The staff are fabulous and the care given is excellent even though only ask for donations to what u can afford. So it's nice if you can pay as much as you can to cover most of the cost so they able to give care to the pets who's owners less able. But I have nothing but praise for this service and all the hard working staff and vets.

Lovely vets but they were unable to save our dog, aftercare with the cremation was fabulous.

avoid this place at all cost, was told to pick up at 8am.......5 other people there waiting so it was 09:45 before we could pick up, very professional when it comes to taking payment though, they do it at your convenience on the phone as your sat waiting in the car. they do the bare minimum for maximum price they can when your at your most vulnerable. run by the romanian mafia .........

Adopted a stray kitten from PDSA it had been taken in after being hit by a car. PDSA have done an amazing job with her care and leg amputation, her recovery has been remarkable. Thank you so much for not putting her to sleep. She is a joy :)
