I've been working with this company for a few months now and all I can say is how disappointed I am with their customer support. When I try to place an order it takes them 1 week to send me the quotation so I can pay it. Chasing for a delivery date is hell as they don't reply to the emails and if they finally give you a delivery date, on that date they send an email pushing your delivery with another day or sometimes more. You cannot rely on what they are telling when asking for info. Besides the late delivery, all the orders that I received had at least 2 or 3 glass panels with cutout errors or scratched. To send them back and receive a refund is a mess. I am still trying to recuperate some money from them and they are past the 14 days that they legally have for the refund. Also, they don't have enough staff for their customers and every time the person that you need to sort your problem is not in the office. Worst supplier ever!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY BLINDS FROM THIS COMPANY. I am leaving this review for two reasons. Firstly, to warn others of the inferior products being offered and secondly in the hope that someone at this company in authority decides to look at the extremely poor customer service I have received and act upon it. I purchased 11 panes of glass for my bifold doors with blinds fitted in them. Unfortunately several of the blinds do not work in the heat and will only rise half way completely blocking the view to anyone over 3 foot tall. This is where the real problems start. The company originally arranged someone to come and fix the blinds but he left the company before he managed to get out to us. The woman now dealing with us has been extremely unhelpful and has just tried to fob us off. The first suggestion was to remove the magnets for 2 days, what that was going to achieve is still beyond me and as I thought did not help. Now she has said that I should have all the broken panes removed and replaced with timber while they try and fix them which apparently can no longer be done at my property. Although I have explained I have a small child in the house and my insurance would also be invalid she unfortunately is still extremely uncooperative and thinks this is an acceptable solution. Hopefully somebody at glass express will see this and get in touch with a solution so that I can amend my review to a more positive one and for everyone else beware at the lack of customer service and inferior product.
