Can't believe they even served this!!! Just arrived back with overcooked dry chips and chicken tastes nasty! Normally food is ok but they would/should have known how rank this would taste and should have binned the batch. Must have too many customers to care about quality and not wasting stock must be more important than retaining custom.
Can't park nearby because of all the delivery drivers. Nowhere to stand inside because of all the delivery drivers. None of them socially distancing. Staff, friendly as always but will be going elsewhere for now. Not worth the hassle
Went today as half price government scheme .chicken was hot and fries I think this is one of best kfc in sandwell area.
Used this kfc a few times . Always found them helpful and the food is good .
