I have never received such amazing customer service. There was a lady out working in the main flower department. She couldnt help enough. So much inspiring enthusiasm. She no end helped me find a beautiful plant and she is the 5* I have Given!!! Amazing place.
Great help from Steve and Mike! We bought two guinea pigs and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Mike in particular was very careful to ensure that they were going to a good home and that we had everything that we needed. He also spent time with the children explaining why guinea pigs are such great pets and letting them stroke the animals. Fabulous service! Thank you everyone. A special mention to the man on the gate too, standing in the pouring rain but still smiling and giving advice. See you all again soon!
I have brought fish on a few occasions from here the staff have always been very helpful & pleasant & the choice has always been very good.
Had our garden landscaped by Dave and his team, cannot praise them highly enough. All the work was finished to a very high standard, great attention to detail , quality products, quality workmanship , a few before and after pics, judge for youselves. Would happily recommend.
