Incompetent staff! I've placed orders online twice to collect in store, the 1st time I went to collect waited a long time as they couldnt find my order, staff member ran around the store only to find her taking her time talking to another member of staff (not looking for my order). I went in today for another click and collect order and they have given my order to another customer!!! Lady said she would call me to sort it out once she has re ordered it, I'm still waiting for my call! I received an email stating another order has been placed and they will charge me for it!!! And I have to wait 3weeks for this order! Appalling service.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted at the staff in this store. I have witnessed pure discrimination and rude behaviour against a lady. The staff (mainly the manager) were raising their voices at this lady when there was no need, only to realise the lady was correct in her approach. 1 of the staff then apologised but the damage had already been done. First and last time i will be visiting this store. A complaint will also be made against the manager. Avoid at all costs !

Very rude staff and manager is worse than the staff, during the sales, it was a shambles and instead of understanding the manager was raising her voice and causing a scene when there was no need for it, would never visit this store again!

I visited the strore this week i was impressed and very pleased with the attentive and helpful service .The member of staff Lucy was extremely helpful and polite , Made my shopping experience to Next enjoyable look forward to visiting again very soon

On 2 occasions now I have been to collect a website order and been left waiting for staff to get my parcel for a ridiculous amount of time. On the first occasion there were 2 chatting. On this occasion they jusy seemed to be incompetently dordling while a queue of frustrated customers waited. As a consequence of this I was late to collect my children from childcare despite leaving work adequately early to wait. Just very poor orgnisation.
