Just taken delivery of an Ioniq Hybrid. The service from Steve the salesman was first rate from start to finish. Great communication and very professional but friendly as well. The car was ready at the time promised and very well presented. Highly recommended.
Hyundai i20. Had Car had mot and brakes done. Customer Service was excellent, kept informed at every stage including reminder texts and details about courtesy car. Receptionist was excellent and an good effort had been made to ensure Covid 19 safety. Also very satisfied with good prices and dealer parts and knowledge.
Went in for a factory recall and I know for a fact the car went in with a bulb out. When we went to pick it up. I was told that the mechanic had checked the car and all was OK. His amazing sheet said all lights OK, and everything OK with car. Great they did the bulb for me. When I went to check, the bulb was still broke and lots of engine oil on top of engine. So my car might have a problem with something else now. Check oil level OK, so fingers crossed and I will monitor it. But be careful, they say one thing but do another.
Bought a car a few months ago easy trade in and quick sale. Car had developed a couple a of issues over winter and subsequently had to go in to be assessed, got an answer the same day stating it needed an extensive repair and would need to be rebooked in. There was no quibbling or claiming user error, booked in 3 days later car fixed and done ahead of schedule, fantastic service and regular updates from Service advisor Olivia very professional and courteous service.
