GREAT PLACE! These guys definitely know what they are doing & go the extra mile in such a friendly, relaxed way. Not only is the service expert & fast, prices are fair. They take the time to listen & give expert advise to any questions asked. I found prestige all parts when buying an engine for an A-Class & they have been my Mercedes go-to ever since. I would 100% recommend & i look forward to dealing with these guys more & more in the future.

Was searching for a spare part for my mercedes and was struggling hard finding somewhere that I wasn't paying ridiculous prices at. I entered the details of what wanted onto a spares search and Prestige Allparts got in touch with me and were legit under half the price of the other places trying to offer me the same part! I was actually in shock. Within about 4 minutes of being on the phone I had paid for my part and it was being sent on the post. I got it within 3 days and was on the exact day they said it would be delivered. Fit perfectly. I even got a call a few days after asking if it was all OK and if I had got it yet. Currently asking for more stuff and the customer service is wonderful. None of this waiting hours for a call back or email. Minutes I wait and they're great. I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work guys and speak again soon hopefully.

We needed a cost effective refurbished gearbox for our A class mercedes. We shopped around and got various quotes, one of which was from Ryan at prestige. He was very helpful and offered a competitive price so we went ahead and ordered. It was with us within 2 days, had a local mechanic fitted and couldn't be happier, actually feels like a brand new gearbox! We have also today ordered another part (bonnet hood rod) because of the service we received. I would highly recommend Ryan and prestige all parts.

Enquired about a part for my B class online, got a speedy reply to confirm part was in stock would fit my car, they asked if they could call me regarding the part (which was nice) they did call me and I spoke to very cheerful and polite guy called Ryan who sorted everything out and got the part in the post and I received it very quickly. All in all very easy and quick. Will definitely call them again next time i need parts. Highly recommended.
