Brilliant service. Tom was first class. Quick, responsive and good communication ahead of my appointment. Tom gave me a great demo once completed, and was also very understanding as I was working from home as he was working. He fixed an issue with the wiring as well. No hesitation in recommending.

We were so happy with the work which was carried out efficiently. Tom was extremely punctual and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Tom fitted air con in our bedroom, he was helpful, polite and a tidy worker. He was happy and quick to help when I needed it. He's been back to do the yearly service which was easy and quick. While he was here he also took a look at the ground source heat pump, that he noticed had an error message on, he fixed this and explained to me what may have caused the problem in a way I could understand, unlike the company I had used before. We're so happy with his knowledge and work that we have him booked in again to do its yearly service also. Thanks Tom
I contacted Tom about the issues I was having with my current system, asking for advice and a quote to replace. Tom was knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. In the end we decided to replace the system and install another one for another location as well. Tom turned up on time, done all the work as agreed neatly, left no mess and done a brilliant job. A thoroughly nice chap who I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend.
