Being able to order on the app is great here as I have been to faster funerals. I order and go to the store 15min later and then only have to wait 2-5min Food always good

I have to say I love KFC. I would be very fond of their Zinger Twister meal. Sometimes the Omagh one can be a bit hit and miss with regards speed but I would rather wait a few extra minutes and receive my food hot than cold. I have always found the staff pleasant and the place has been warm enough.
They definitely put customer service first. For someone who loves hot wings, I have been to a couple of KFCs that would tell us they've none left when near closing time, but KFC Omagh would push through boundaries to provide excellent customer service by cooking a new batch for us. 5 stars definitely!
