Delivery took longer than stated and when item arrived i was greeted by a card from royal mail to say that postage had not been paid in full. On the site i paid 2.99 for postage and on the item they paid 81p! I was then forced to go to local office and pay another 3 for delivery only to find that they had tried to post as a large letter and in the process the plate has been bent in 2 places and i have 2 crease marks on it now. I have emailed them along with pictures on Friday last week plus called them today and i am yet to hear from them. Do not recommend for number plates at all!!!

Received my plates today, it was easy to order them on line and it was clear you had to upload the required documents. The plates do look really nice. My only criticism is once you place your order you have no further contact such as despatch note to know they are on their way, and when you try and phone there is no answer. The only way I could contact to track my order was to email them off their enquiry form, but then they were grumpy when I said I wanted to track an order. Customer service is not their strong point, but at least the plates are fine.
